Important Points
One Post Only: A candidate can apply for only ONE post. Applying for multiple posts will lead to rejection of all applications.
Navratna PSU: NALCO is a Navratna Central PSU under the Ministry of Mines, Govt. of India — offering excellent pay, perks (35% of basic pay), HRA/Company accommodation, medical benefits, NPS pension, and more.
Location – Damanjodi, Odisha: All vacancies are for NALCO’s Mines & Refinery Complex, Damanjodi, Koraput District, Odisha. Candidates must be willing to work at this location.
OBC(NCL) Certificate: Must be issued on or after 01 April 2026. EWS Income & Asset Certificate must also be issued on or after 01 April 2026 (FY 2025–26 basis).
Apprenticeship Mandatory: For most ITI-based posts, a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) with requisite endorsement is required.
No Changes After Submission: Once the application form is submitted, no changes/edits will be allowed under any circumstances.
PSU/Govt. Employees: Must apply through proper channel and produce NOC at document verification. Failure to produce NOC will result in cancellation of candidature.
Email Validity: The Email ID entered in the application must remain valid for one year from the CBT date. All future communications will be via email only.
Selection Process
Computer Based Test (CBT) – Objective type written exam. Candidates are shortlisted based on CBT performance.
Trade Test – Qualifying in nature (applicable for specific posts). No marks awarded.
Document Verification – Original certificates, category documents, experience certificates etc. to be produced.
Pre-Employment Medical Examination – Final appointment subject to medical fitness as per NALCO norms.
